very private, with its own large deck & entry. A professional
gardener designed the beautiful and peaceful garden setting
for this vacation unit. This accommodation is at, or above
the standard of other comparable vacation rental units available
in Hawaii and should please any guests. All guests staying
two weeks or more will have a free "once a week"
unit cleaning. Additional linens & towels will be available
upon request at no additional charge. Off street parking stall

as a studio OR as a one bedroom unit that has a new little "kitchenette"
with sink, G.E.2 burner "solid buffet range", a 1 cubic
foot convection/microwave oven, a 3.8 cubic foot "stand alone"
apartment model refrigerator/freezer and a large coffee maker. The
bathroom is a "double sink" design with a shower/bath/toilet
combo, which is separated by a "pocket door" from the
wash- basin area. The "main room" has a queen size bed
and a small table with 4 chairs for dining. There is also a full
sized closet in the main room and 2 comfortable chairs for lounging.
The bedroom available has a king size bed, two chairs and a large
closet. Both beds are high quality "Tempur-Pedic" brand.
The vacation rental can accommodate up to 4 guests with the full
suite. The hosts provide high speed Internet and free local phone
service, a large color TV with VCR & DVD player and a small
stereo/CD player. The one bedroom suite is approx. 550 s.f., the
studio unit is approx. 350 s.f., plus a new private deck.

Waipio, Hamakua coast, Hilo, Volcano, Kona are all accessible.
There are many good restaurants and shopping opportunities
nearby, as well as hiking, horseback riding, and the best
white sand beaches and golf only minutes away!
