This pleasantly furnished vacation cottage is
self-contained and always impeccably maintained. Enter through an
enclosed and richly foliaged private patio, which lends itself to
peaceful breakfasts. Well equipped kitchen with some complimentary

rental, your secluded and spacious one-bedroom retreat is
nestled in at ground level and features a private entrance,

'Up country' retreat offers private
units ranging from $65 - $220
This recently renovated and stunning
historic home is at a perfect location. Located in the “sunny
side” of Waimea with about 1.5 miles to Waimea (Kamuela)
town, about a 7 mile (10 min. drive) to the finest Kohala
Coast beaches and situated at the foot of the Kohala mountain
range in a quiet and peaceful residential neighborhood.
Several combinations are possible with this privately divided
home. The full house can sleep about 18 people. Broken up
into five private suites Wai’aka provides the opportunity
to hold an intimate gathering or find sanctuary in a private
retreat. Each unit has a private entrance, bath and kitchen
(ranging from a kitchenette to full gourmet.) Each suite
has a lovely private deck looking out into their surrounding
namesake gardens. The "Old Hawaii" feel of Wai’aka
Homestead makes this Waimea home the ideal place for a Big

Cozy 1 bedroom garden-level suite. Private bathroom,

Ohia and Lehua Suite
The Ohia and Lehua Suites are the heart and soul of this homestead.
The two rooms share a charming lanai (or porch), underneath
one of the islands only Ylang Ylang trees which blooms almost
year round. These two rooms work best when rented together and
can comfortably accommodate four people with one king size bed
and one queen size Murphy bed. These two rooms share a bathroom
and a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, sink
& small dining area.

Hibiscus
Garden
The newest addition to
the Waimea Guesthouse is this recently renovated suite offers
a private space in the back of the home. This beautifully done
apartment offers a full kitchen and a gorgeous bath with a large
tiled shower. The bedroom includes a queen size bed and two
small day beds.
Rates: $105/nt. - $110/nt.
Brazilian
Pepper - This spacious and partitioned studio suite
offers a queen size bed and a single futon bed making it ideal
for a small family. There is a sitting area, a dining room and
a full kitchen. There is also a small outdoor deck and private
garden. This self-contained apartment is fully equipped for
ALL of your needs and includes laundry facilities in the private
bathroom. The entrance is through a private outdoor deck and
garden providing a lovely sanctuary for your morning ritual.
This apartment is ideal for longer stays.
